1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Tires must be unused
- Tires must not have been installed, mounted, or driven on
- Tires must be in their original condition and packaging
Any tire that has been installed or used is not eligible for return, due to safety and resale regulations.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Installed or used tires
- Clearance or discounted items
- Custom or special-order tires
3. Defective or Damaged Tires
We stand behind the quality of our products.
Manufacturing Defects
Tires with manufacturing defects are covered under warranty:
- Up to 50,000 km or 1 year (whichever comes first)
- Subject to manufacturer inspection and approval
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage for assessment
We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
4. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for incorrect size or product, provided:
- Tires are unused and not installed
- The request is made within 14 days of delivery
Important:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges
- Availability of replacement items is not guaranteed
